Deep Learning

Deep learning refers to neural networks that contain a large number of hidden layers.

They are suitable, e.g. for image processing in order to recognize objects such as people, vehicles, traffic signs, etc. in images or film sequences.
Due to powerful hardware at affordable prices, the optimized use of computer graphic chips for network training and generally available frameworks for implementation of neural networks, deep learning is enjoying an increasing popularity.
